Injury prevention & rehab for active individuals
Hi, we’re Dr. Vincent and Kaitlyn Anderson. A husband-and-wife team helping Utah’s active families move better, feel better, and stay out of pain.
Dr. Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, with over 5 years of experience in sports rehab and functional movement.
He’s fluent in Spanish and passionate about helping active people stay active, whether that’s on the mats, the trail, or the court.
When he’s not treating patients, you’ll find him competing in jiu-jitsu or playing pickup basketball.
Kaitlyn is a Registered Dietitian with three master’s degrees and a strong background in research, marketing, and strategic operations.
She runs the behind-the-scenes of Anderson Mobility and Relief, making sure everything flows smoothly for our patients.
She’s currently training for her first marathon and loves Pilates, running, and reading.
Together, we’re raising our daughter Isabella and spending our weekends exploring Utah’s mountains, trails, and coffee shops.
We built this clinic for people like us—active, busy, and ready for care that actually works.
Don’t wait for the pain to get worse.
