Science-Based, Muscle-Focused Care  That Relieves Pain and Prevents Injury

Located in Clearfield, Utah, and trusted by active adults and families across Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Syracuse, Ogden, and Bountiful.

If you’re the kind of person who’s:
Running trails before sunrise
Lifting heavy at the gym
Carpooling between practices
Or just trying to keep up with your kids on the weekend...

You know how frustrating it is when your body starts pushing back.

A tight hip after a long run.
A nagging shoulder after deadlifts.
A stiff low back after a long workday.

You’ve tried rest, stretching, foam rolling, even other chiropractors…
But the pain keeps coming back.

Your Body Is Just Overworked

You’re Not Broken

If you don’t treat the soft tissue, movement patterns, and joints driving the pain, it won’t go away.

Here's why:

Gentle joint work to restore natural movement

Chiropractic Adjustments

What We Actually Do And Why It Works

We combine sports chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and functional movement—all in one focused session. This isn’t a 3-minute adjustment.

Each 25-minute visit (excluding the initial assessment, which is 40 minutes) includes:

Active Muscle Therapy

Tools as Needed

Rehab Guidance

Breaks up scar tissue and releases tight muscles

Like cupping, scraping, or compression boots

Personalized movement advice so results actually last

Most patients describe it as a chiropractor, massage therapist, and Physical Therapist all in one—but more efficient, more personalized, and more effective.

Many return to training, hiking, or playing again in under a week

Most patients feel 75–90% in 1-3 visits

We start with a focused evaluation to figure out what’s actually causing your pain.

That includes movement screening, orthopedic tests, and a plain-language breakdown of what’s going on.
